The PUSH & CRUSH Workout
Why is This Program Different from Other Gripper Programs?
Goes Beyond the Normal Approach to Gripper Training
Most Gripper Programs involve Grippers ONLY. However, I will show you how to get more out of your training by pairing your Gripper Training with Multi-Joint lifts.
Multi-joint lifts, like Squats and Deadlifts are known to be extremely beneficial for strength and muscle gains, and have been used in conjunction with Gripper Training to bring about even better gains.
Includes 3 Different Gripper Training Tactics
Each of these will make a big difference in the level of grippers you are closing.
Easily Customizable to Your Current Gripper Training Goals
- Single-Rep Sets
Lets you work up near your maximal strength range. You close the same "heavy" gripper over and over and build your upper range strength and endurance.
- Multi-Rep Sets
Allows you to work slightly lower that you upper range, so you don't over-train, but at the same time builds the "bottom of the pyramid" laying the foundation for future gripper strength gains
- Beyond the Range Training
The normal gripper range of motion stops when the handles touch. By filing off a section of the gripper handle, you increase the range of motion, strengthening your hands even deeper than normal. Then, when you go back to an un-cut gripper, you feel even stronger from the set point to the close.
I am training for a contest right now, so I am using a Block Set in my training.
But I will show you how you can adjust the workout if you are training for something different, like a wider set, a certification, etc.

This is the exact workout I have been doing in my Gripper Training. I captured it all on film for you.

New to Gripper Training? No Problem - I've Got You Covered
If you are new to Gripper Training, you can take this workout and use it to develop your foundational strength.
Also, in the special Beginners' Progression Section, I will show you how to break down this 3-part workout and use the individual components to build your volume up, which is so important for increasing Gripper strength.
Plus, I included a Gripper Training Glossary. Grip, just like any sport, has its own language. When you're new, it can be hard to sort all of it out, but this section will help you get all of it straightened out.

BY FCC Law, I am required to describe what typical results are. The reality is most people never do anything with the products they buy, so their results are zero. In other words, you must be willing to take action and put forth serious effort using the tactics and drills shown in this product in order to see results.
