Card Tearing WOM Part 1 – Banded Plate Crimp Holds

3 sets: 10-ct holds with forearm at parallel

Card Tearing WOM Part 2 – Sledge Crimp Deviations

3 sets: 10 front deviation + 10 rear deviations

Card Tearing WOM Part 3 – Plate Crimp Speed Wrist Curls with Holds

3 sets: 3 explosive flexions, with a 10-ct hold at the top

Card Tearing WOM Part 4 – Extensor Work for Injury Prevention

3 sets: 20 Extensions, 20 Extension with Rotation, 20 Double Extensions
