Limited Budget Grip Training – Beyond Easy and Cheap!

Brick Lifting Without the Bricks

Brick Lifting involves stacking multiple bricks perpendicularly on top of another brick, and then lifting them up.

Here’s a picture of some brick lifting that pulled from the internet:

bricks

Brick Lifting is a great way to train the hands and wrists, but bricks are hard to come by.

The good thing though, is you don’t even need bricks. You can make yourself something that trains the hands in almost exactly the same way for about $3.

Seriously, because of the leverage off the board, you do not even need a great deal of weight with this lift, but it is still a great way to track your grip strength development.

Enjoy, and let me know how you make out.
